Today we gave our residents something to remember, something new they haven’t done before, something they’ll cherish, an owl visit. It was such a pleasure for the residents of Woodlands Lodge to have some beautiful owls visit them this week, and they enjoyed it greatly.
Activities In Care Homes – Ensuring the happiness of our residents is always at the top of our priority list.
All systems are top-notch. The staff are very caring and attentive. My wife needs 24/7 care, which is given sensitively. The food is good. The site is resident friendly, with lovely gardens which provide opportunities for exercise. Activities AM and PL provide great leisure time.
Pet Therapy in Care Homes – Lets just start with the obvious, who doesn’t see or stroke a pet and feel some sort of happiness?
My lovely auntie went into Woodlands Lodge for four weeks and stayed two and a half years because Covid came and she couldn’t go back to her home. My auntie was treated like a queen, always given excellent care and she loved the activities. All staff were excellent, from management to the DIY man and
It was reassuring to know that Mum was well cared for. The staff went above and beyond to proved caring, stimulating and safe care for Mum during her stay. We are forever in your debt. Everyone was helpful, friendly and supportive to extended family as well as mum. The staff keep Mum well protected during Covid.
My husband has only been a resident for six days but all the staff are friendly, helpful and well trained and getting to know him. The food is very good and help is given.
We had no experience of care homes prior to my brother coming up from Dorset. Woodlands Lodge was wonderful. As it turned out, he needed more care than they could provide but they went above and beyond to look after him in the four weeks he was able to stay whilst we looked for alternative
